Something Spooky is Going On...

Something spooky is going on here and they will thrill any little (or big) "monster" in your life.

Interested in making some treats that will have your family "howling" for more? Let me know. I'd like to do the class the first Tuesday in October, at 7:30. The class will cost $12 and cover frosting and candies. You will need to bring your own cupcake and decorating tools (either actual decorating stuff or Ziploc bags).

Garden Fun Class Repeat

I'm going to do this class again, on Tuesday, September 14th, at 7:30pm. The class is 15 dollars and covers the class, frosting, and chocolate. All you bring is cupcakes and zip lock bags! Interested? Let me know!!!

Wedding Cupcake

I designed and decorated my first wedding cake... a giant cupcake! The bride sent me a picture of her bouquet, and told me to do whatever I wanted. So... I came up with this:

The cupcake sat on the top of a big cupcake tree. You can see the display below. Note: I did not make or decorate any of the other cupcakes on the display. They were done by friends of the bride and groom.

I think they liked it!

Thank you Tanner and Jessica for letting me make your wedding cake. It was so much fun!

Garden Fun Class

Check out the new cup cakes that I will be teaching at my next class!

Want to know the best part... These cup cakes were decorated using zip lock bags!!! No Fancy Decorating Tools Needed! You heard me right... nada... zip... none!

The class is $15 and will last about 1.5 hours. All you bring is cup cakes and zip lock bags. I'll provide the frosting, the chocolate, everything else... and clean up the mess when it's done!

And you get to bring home beautiful cup cakes to show off to your family and friends. It's that simple!

The First Class!

Tuesday was my first class, and it was a complete success. Everyone came ready for fun, and boy did we have it! Here are some pictures taken during the class.

Everyone left with 9 beautiful cupcakes to show off to their families.

I'm going to start offering small cupcake decorating classes from my house. This will be a fun class where you'll learn how to decorate 3 different cupcakes. You bring your own cupcakes, frosting (I'll give you my recipe) and the small list of supplies I will email you, and we'll have fun putting everything together.
The class will be $10, last about 1 hour to 1 hour and a half, and will teach you some basics of cake and cup cake decorating. You will leave with some beautiful cupcakes and the confidence to make more!
Caution: Cup Cake Decorating IS addictive!

Do to heavy response for Tuesday, I'll be teaching 2 Tuesday classes, August 10th and August 17th. It appears the August 17th class is filled, but I'm still accepting students for August 10th. The class will start at 7:30 pm and run about 1.5 hours.
